You're starting to drive yourself crazy - jumping all over the place. It's not necessary, but I understand your excitement.
Yes, the BML is lovely, but you want to stay at a private reserve camp/lodge - you're not driving in/out of Kruger, the distances might look short on a map, but they're not.
