I don't think that Larium is even prescribed in the USA anymore as the side effects are so serious including suicidal tendancies! Absolutely get that prescription changed to the Malarone. We took them while in Kruger (no need elsewhere in SA) and only had a bit of upset stomache sometimes if we didn't eat with the pills.
