The following is a typical list of what might be required while you are on safari. It is advisable to wear a number of thin layers to peel off as the day heats up. Internal flight transfers are by small single or twin-engine planes on which you are absolutely limited to 10kg of luggage per person. Please be aware that passengers with luggage beyond the weight limit have been made to repack at airstrips and leave stuff behind or had to charter a separate plane to take their luggage.
Outdoor summer clothing in neutral tones and natural fibres - 4 sets
Light-weight cotton type long pants/long-sleeved shirt -1 set (for cool evenings or to use as sun-screen)
Tracksuit or pyjamas - 1 set
Windbreaker, sleeveless jacket or sweater - (for game drives and boat trips)
Smart-casual outfit (for lodges, hotels and international travel ) - 1 set
Comfortable walking shoes / sandals - 1 pair each
Thick socks - 4 pairs
Underwear - 4 sets
Swimwear
Sarong or multi-purpose cotton wrap-around - (useful also as sun screen or dust cover for cameras)
Towel
Hat in neutral tones
Sunglasses
Sunscreen lotion / sunblock / lip-aid
Toiletries / moisturising creams

Only take your finest Limoges if you're moving to Africa.
One the our camps supplied crystal ware when I asked for two wine glasses for our picnic, so there we were sitting on top of Roaring Rocks with views of Tsavo all around sipping wine from crystal glasses. Of course, we had cold chicken and cheese sandwiches to go with that

Wow... that's a very thorough packing list!!
For clothes, take 2 pairs of very lightweight long pants, 2-3 lightweight long-sleeve shirts, a light gortex jacket, and a polar fleeze. I would bring a pair of shorts although I didn't wear mine much due to bugs. Definitely bring some scarves and jewelry.
That's all. Everyone looks grungy on safari and the camp does laudry every day. All clothes need to be fast drying (e.g., no jeans).
For shoes, one pair of lightweight hiking shoes or sneakers (brown preferred, your white shoes will be ruined), and one pair of flat sandals. don't bring heels. you'll never wear it even to dinner.
A sun hat is crucial. Personally, I wouldn't bring bug repellent anymore. Of all the ones we tried, the camp supplied ones were the best. Personally, I wouldn't bother w/most of the other stuff listed...
In addition to the usual stuff, a few things I would definitely take on my next safari:
1) ear plugs -- animals are loud at night. after the first nite of "oh, isn't this cool/romantic!", it's nice to have a good sleep.
2) bandana -- to cover up my hair and wear under my hat. It's really dusty and hair quickly becomes disgusting. The water pressure is not great if you have a lot of hair, plus there were days where we spent so much time on drives that I literally couldn't find time to wash my hair!
3) Cipro -- though I never got sick in Africa, I did recently have a problem when visiting India. Boy, was I happy I had Cipro! Better safe than sorry. After that experience, I will never travel w/o it to developing countries.
Have a great trip!
