This simple, homey restaurant may be nondescript when it comes to decor, but it's the best place to experience comida goiana (food from the state of Goiás). At lunchtime a buffet includes such dishes as arroz com pequi (rice with souari nuts) and galinhada (chicken cooked with rice and berries). The dinner menu includes fish dishes such as peixe na telha (fish cooked in earthenware bowl).
