For cheap and greasy but oh-so-good Szechuan cooking head to this hole-in-the-wall in the Asian Plaza strip mall east of I-5. Dry-cooked string beans (available with a variety of meats), spicy Szechuanese ravioli, and the Ma Po Tofu (a spicy combination of tofu and minced pork) are favorites; the hot pot is popular and good, but whether it's the best in town is still heavily disputed.
