Sichuanese Cuisine Restaurant

Sichuanese Cuisine Restaurant Review

For cheap and greasy but oh-so-good Szechuan cooking, head to this hole-in-the-wall in the Asian Plaza strip mall east of I-5. The atmosphere is forgettable, and the surroundings are downright shabby, but the service is friendly, and this is just about as authentic as it gets. Dry-cooked string beans (available with a variety of meats), Kung Pao chicken, delicious dumplings, spicy Sichuanese ravioli, and the ma po tofu (a spicy combination of tofu and minced pork) are favorites; the sizzling hot pot is popular and good, but whether it's the best in town is still passionately debated.
