Fodor's Expert Review Stumbling Goat Bistro
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
Having cranked out delicious regional fare for years, the Stumbling Goat sure knows its way around a farmers' market—you'll find the freshest ingredients here and no missteps in the presentation, which is kept simple to let those fresh flavors shine. The menu changes frequently, but there are always hearty dishes like in-season Neah Bay salmon with pole beans and fingerling potatoes, and farro cakes from Washington's Bluebird Grain Farms. It's a bit spendy for this neighborhood, but has enough quirks to fit in, and happy hour offers affordable bites and cocktails that are as creative and seasonal as dinner.
