Market Place East
Market Place East Review
In a historic building saved from the wrecker's ball at the 11th hour, this century-old former Lit Brothers department store went through a $75 million renovation to emerge as an office building with a five-level atrium full of moderately priced stores and restaurants. It's more interesting for its historic facade—it's the only complete block of Victorian architecture in the city—than for the chain stores inside.
