Orlando Area

Tennis is one of the most popular sports in Orlando, with hundreds of well-tended public tennis courts and resort hotels that offer a court or two (or more) for their guests. The city of Orlando operates more than 50 courts, some free and others reasonably priced.

Cesar Villaroel Tennis Academy. Based at the Mission Inn Resort, 6th Sense is run by Davis Cup player, Cesar Villaroel. It offers two-hour lessons all the way up to 5-day intensive programs for adults and seasonal tennis camps for kids in both winter and summer. Fort Gatlin Tennis Complex. Close to downtown Orlando, Fort Gatlin has the finest city-run courts open to the public. Orlando Tennis Center. Run by the City of Orlando and located near downtown, this fine facility offers adult tennis clinics (18 and up), private lessons, and youth tennis programs (six and up). The center features five hard courts, 11 clay courts, two racquet ball courts, and three hitting walls. 363 N.
