A mile-long martini menu lures a chic, moneyed crowd to this steak house with an inside waterfall tucked into an upstairs corner overlooking the Palm Canyon Drive action. Reserve well in advance for one of the outdoor balcony tables to get the best view. While this eatery specializes in dry aged beef, you can also get seafood and chops; there's a separate vegetarian menu. Steaks and chops are prepared your way with a selection of sides that includes mac and cheese, roasted potatoes, and steamed asparagus with hollandaise sauce. Go early for the nightly happy hour (between 4 and 6:30) when items on the bar menu are half price—or hang around late to catch the action at the Martini Dome bar.
