Chef Manion Copley is cooking up some of the most innovative cuisine in the desert in a setting that's straight out of Hollywood—a hacienda once owned by Cary Grant. Dine in the clubby house or under the stars in the garden. Start with such appetizers as roasted beet and warm goat cheese salad or one of the Hawaiian ahi tacos. Oh My Lobster Pot Pie is the biggest hit on an entrée menu that also features an elegant rack of lamb crusted with parsley and lavender. And save room for Copley's sweet and savory servings of herb ice cream. Service is pleasant and friendly.
