With its exposed-brick walls, wine-bottle chandelier, plush booths, and curving bar, this tasting room on Healdsburg Plaza's southern edge has a hip feel. Owner-winemaker Scott Lindstrom-Drake, who believes in selecting good fruit and applying minimal manipulation during fermentation and aging, has received critical acclaim for his single-vineyard Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. He also makes Grenache, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, and a few other single-varietal reds, along with Chardonnay, Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and rosé of Cabernet Franc.
