Fodor's Review:
A true side-of-the-road stop on the South Coast Highway, Billy's Place serves fiery Jamaican food including scorching peppered shrimp caught just behind the kitchen. Dining's mostly a grab-and-go affair although stands next door provide local desserts like fresh jelly coconut to cool the burn.
