Where is the Best LUAU in Maui and in Kauai ???

Please let me know of your recommendations for the best Luau for either Maui and/or Kauai. We would like something with good food and great entertainment.

Any places to avoid ( not recommended ) ???

Where is the best place for lobster on Maui and Kauai ?

Thanks

James & Debbie

We enjoyed the luau at the Princeville Resort on Kauai last week. The food was absolutely fabulous and the entertainment was well done also - hula dancers, fire dancers, singers, etc. It's poolside/near the beach, with a pig cooked in a pit, plus lots of other food and free mai tais, wine, beer, etc. The cost was $52 which I understand is what all of the luaus on Kauai cost. It was the only one we went to so I don't have anything to compare it to, but we really had a good time.

My husband and I attended the Old Lahaina Luau in Maui last August. It was a really nice evening, the food was great, unlimited drinks, the entertainers had great personalities and the entertainment was very good.

Check their home page out Old Lahaina Luau.

Have a great time!

I agree on the Old Lahaina Luau on Maui. I was there last year and thought it was terrific. Go to Lahaina early for shopping and maybe lunch or drinks at Cheeseburger in Paradise (touristy but fun.)
