Mandalay Bay, hands down. I've been to both, once @ MC, many times @ MB. The one thing is MB can be crowded with kids, I still think it's manageable and that's coming from someone with no kids. If you're looking for something with less kids, I'd recommend Caesars but there is no lazy river. At MB, if you get tired of the kids, you can go to the adult-only Moorea Beach Club but there is an entry fee. My point is...I don't know what you find "relaxing" and whether the lazy river environment will meet tht expectation.

Yes, plenty of drinks to be found poolside at MGM.
I like their lazy river because it is longer than the others, and it seems cooler.
I don't know if it will have less kids than Mandalay Bay, but there is more room to spread out next to it. I also think the kids go earlier in the day, but I've always been able to find a relatively secluded spot somewhere along the river.
