SW Florida is For the Birds --- And Other Critters

In March, I spent a little over a week along the southern gulf coast of Florida, doing primarily wildlife photography . I've got a photo essay of the trip up at http://www.worldisround.com/articles/371654/index.html if you would like to see them.

Nice pictures. Did you get up to Ding Darling Sanctuary on Sanibel or over to Corkscrew Swamp? Thanks for posting.

Thnaks for your comments. I did both Ding-Darling and Corkscrew Swamp as well as quite a few other areas. Unfortunately, the only day I was at Ding-Darling, the tour road was closed but I did get the alligator pictures there on one of their outlying units.

Very nice! I especially liked the series of osprey photos.
