Spa, Hiking, Trail Running, Yoga, Great Food, Wine & Quiet

Help! Stressed Female looking for a long weekend get-away - close by - I'm in NC so it would have to be a quick straight shot flight - Somewhere I can go alone - do a little hiking,
trail running, take in a couple of spa treatments & a yoga class, eat some good, healthy food and end the day quietly with a good glass on wine. Anywhere out there like this?

Where in NC are you? The state is over 500 miles long. My first thought is Asheville-hiking is more fulfilling in the mountains than on the coast.

I'm around Raleigh - I love Asheville and love the Grove Park Inn, just a little expensive. I'll check out Westglow. I would
love to get some package deal and have everything I need right there. Thanks so much!

I believe Westglow will fit your needs very well. I have had treatments, taken yoga classes, and eaten there. Much of the fitness program is based on hiking. I have not stayed overnight.
I give it an A plus. Just as an aside I have also stayed at GPI and do not think it is a good value. Sure the spa is very cool, but the pricing is absurd and I was not at all impressed with the yoga class.
