Staying in Wolfeboro area for a family wedding but will be on our own for two dinners and a breakfast/lunch.
Recommendations? We like a range -- fine dining, yes; ethnic or fusion cafe, yes; local cuisine or "locovore," yes; family, comfort food, and favorite for locals, yes.
Anyone have a favorite of any kind, for a good dinner, for nice brunch, or anything else?

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?
OK, I'll try one last time -- maybe people will have nothing better to do on a very hot Friday afternoon. Or is it that no one has any favorite restaurants anywhere near Wolfeboro?
Wolfeboro isn't really known for anything more than serviceable restaurants. I can't even remember any of the places I ate when my son was in camp near there.
There is some sort of quirky turkey emporium near Meredith that gets a lot of tourism business (Hart's). I've been to Lake Winni several times, and yet our group never really has had the impetus to go there. We've also been to the Town Docks in Meredith. It's on the water and has outdoor dining, but I can't say the food was anything more than typical bar fare. Though the buckets of steamers were good. Wish I could tell you more about Wolfeboro. We're going next month, so thank you for posting. Hopefully you'll get some more responses.
Maybe I'll see you there. Tripadvisor has some recommendations I can try - maybe I'll post back here with my results.
Sorry I did not see this post sooner, hope you haven't already gone to Wolfboro. My DH and I were in Wolfboro just last week and ate at Garwood's which is right downtown on the water. It was excellent, especially the salad with lobster ravioli and cashews and gorgonzola-could have made that my meal. We have been going to Wolfboro for years, but have never tried Garwood's, but now is our favorite. For breakfast we go to Strawberry Patch which is also on the main street, set back a bit- always good.Another restaurant which is a favorite of many is The Woodshed which is in Moultonboro, probably a good half hour around the lake shore from Wolfboro. Hope I haven't chimed in too late for you. If so please let us know where you went and how you liked it.
Thank you, grammy3. Will be heading that way in a couple of weeks, so plenty of time for more suggestions.

Thanks, esp. for Strawberry Patch suggestion, because family breakfast together will be an issue.
Glad I checked in!
