San Antonio riverwalk
We will be in San ANtonio in mid April but will proably not stay on the riverwalk.
If we want to visit it for the day or part of the day where does one park? closest to one of the boat cruise stops would be prefered and also in the main section as can't walk all of it either.

There are plenty of parking garages on the street level. I was just there and I stayed at the Contessa (HIGHLY recommended). I parked in a parking lot at the corner of Navarro and Market. That was $15 a day but I saw some as little as $5 a day (but you would have to walk farther to the Riverwalk)

There is a large parking garage attached to the Rivercenter mall. The main pedestrian/tourist part of the Riverwalk (From the Rivercenter Mall/Marriott, to the Hilton, then looping around past the Hyatt isn't that big. Unless you have mobility restrictions it's easy to stroll the entire Riverwalk.
The cruise boats load right by the mall.
