Resort in Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia with a large pool

My husband and I want to get away for the weekend. We're looking for a relaxing place with one or two large pools to just cool off in. We live in Maryland but would go to VA, PA, or WV. Any ideas? Historic theme would be nice.
