Parking at ATT Park San Francisco

Re: best parking lots for ATT park

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'll be going to the McCartney concert at ATT park on a Saturday night and coming from the north bay. I've never been to ATT park and i don't think there's a great public transit option from north bay, so I wanted to find out about parking options. Can anyone suggest good places to park? It can be a couple blocks away if that will help exiting faster after the concert.

Thanks for all the suggestions

There are plenty of lots, some large, some small, including AT&T's own lot. Generally speaking, when an event is going on, parking "touts" stand on the street with "Park Here" signs. Parking can be expensive (depending on what team the Giants are playing, it can range from $15 to $50).

All that said, the easiest place to park is in the Beacon, which is a below-grade lot (under an apartment building) in the block bordered by 3rd and 4th Streets, and King and Townsend. I think you enter the parking lot on Townsend, but you could call to ask.

Oh, I just saw that you asked about fast exiting. Actually, for that purpose, you'd be better off parking a little farther north on the Embarcadero and walking to AT&T. You can park in the Embarcadero Center ($32.50 all day, not sure how much it would be for an evening), which is a 1-1/4 mile walk (we do this all the time for Giants games).

There are some $15 for the evening lots on the Embarcadero, but those also change their prices based on events. Is there going to be any special ferry from Larkspur to AT&T like for ballgames, check with GG Transit.

Have you thought of BART? You don't say where in the "north bay" but if you can get your car to a BART station in, say, Oakland or Berkeley, then you could park the car, "BART it" to the Embarcadero Station and take a short public transportation ride to the park. Or walk it.

Oakland and Berkeley (and BART) are in the East Bay, not the North Bay. It would take forever to go that route.
