Palm Springs resort with private casita/pool for big birthday
A big birthday for a family member this spring. As an older parent has mobility issues, we are thinking about a Palm Springs or general Palm Desert area getaway for 4 adults, instead of going to Hawaii, which would have been birthday girl's first choice.
Would love to rent a nice resort casita with a private pool, just for the heck of it.
I can't say price is not object, but willing to splurge for a fun time.
Which places would you recommend?

There are plenty of places in Palm Desert - as well as in Palm Springs and the greater Coachella Valley. As far as getting a casita type place - there are fewer of those but just check and check/googling away - and find more of what you want.
Some of them have Casita type clubhouses/covered areas by their pools - so is there something else you require?

Yes, was talking about resorts also, tons of them with plenty of activities.
Start with these Top 10 (at least on one listA) - and if you can't find one that meets your needs - keep on googling.
