New Years Vacation for Graduation!!!

Hello All!!!

I am graduating in May and for my Graduation gift, my boyfriend wants to take me on a trip for new years. We are both in our 20's so we are looking for a night to remember on New Years eve and we know we want to stay in the States. We are very open to any suggestions as to where to go. We were thinking Las Vegas, Atlanta, Key west........something like that but we want it to be somewhere where a lot is going on. We are both from San Antonio, Texas so thats obviously not an option. I really Appreciate any help!!!!!!! Thanks

Las Vegas can be freezing on New Year's Eve. Also, I just don't think Las Vegas is that different on New Year's Eve from any other night of the year.
