I live in Boston so I haven't used the park/stay/fly options but look at the Hilton Garden Inn, Logan Airport. It is close to the airport and offers parking on site. Some hotels offering the park/stay/fly packages are further from the airport and less convenient. The Hilton Garden Inn gets good reviews.

We've used one of the park/stay/fly hotels but I can't remember which one although it was about 5 minutes from the airport. The car was not in a locked lot, but was part of the hotel parking lot which made me a little worried, but the car was there on return and had not been broken into.
If you go to the site gail posted, be sure to read the fine print. Some are listed as free shuttle, but in the text it says "for an added fee". Also check how many days you get the free parking.

Also consider Logan's economy lot. It's convenient and covered so you don't have to worry about digging yourself out when you arrive back.
