Last Minute Trips
I live in Maryland and want to take my girlfriend away this weekend for a little R&R. My plan was to hop on a plan to Buffalo drive across to the Canadian side of the falls, but the only workable flights are sold out since we can't live until 7pm.
Any ideas, looking for a nice trendy hotel, and a nice attraction. I will take cozy depending on the site. We go to Philly too much, NY outside of something very fresh we have done that, and I normally don't like going south but if it's nice I will. Right now my backup is staying at the Stamford Westin in CT.
Any help for a last minute planner?

Have you checked out whatever specials they are running on www.site59.com?

I agree, I love Montreal but since she needs her passport renewed we can't take the flight and the drive is too long with the quick trip. Not sexy but I am looking at the Westin Providence, RI.

Providence, RI would be okay, but have you considered Rehoboth? Check out the Boardwalk Hotel. Or, how about Cape May, NJ?
If you really want to go to Montreal, fly into Burlington and rent a car (you have to tell them you plan to drive into Canada). Montreal is an hour and a half drive from Burlington, and taking the ferry across the lake is great fun.

Thanks for the advise, Just as I was booking at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort I checked Southwest again and 2 seats opened up to Buffalo so I am flying up to BUF and driving over to the Falls.
Thanks Again
