Roy's in Poipu for the best dinner and service.
Tidepools and Dondero's at the Grand Hyatt are excellent.
Beach House for best view.
Repeat. : )

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Scotty’s Beachside BBQ. The views alone are worth the price. The BBQ wasn't half bad either.

Kauai Pasta. I've posted on our meal there before, so at risk of repeating myself I'll just say we ate there twice on our vacation and we try never to eat at the same place 2x when we're away from home.

Pomodoro Italian restaurant in Kalaheo, although the restaurant is not in the best setting and the Italian wine selection is limited, the food is very good.
