Can anyone help me?
I'm trying to decide between the Tom Tom 910 and the Garvin Nuvi 360.

My mom just got the Garvin Nuvi and loves it. However, I wouldn't pay extra for the MP3 player, the sound quality isn't that great and it's been a pain helping her download songs. The few times I've been in the car while she's used it, it's been right on. Can't comment about the Tom Tom.

I love the Garmin and it's got a great reputation. Been around for years, and I've been very happy with their tech support. Don't know much about the Tom Tom. I would check into the feature between the 360 and 350. For the price difference, do you really need the 360 features -- maybe you do. The 370 comes with both North America and Europe maps if you plan to use it in Europe.

We just bought a Garmin (350). I really really really really love it. I never thought we "needed" one but its already saved us so many fights while on roads trips, heh heh heh.

My husband did all the research for this item so I asked him your question (about the tom tom v. garmin). He said Garmin has been around for a long time, has a great reputation, and many experts think its the best.

He said he spent a lot of time at this website and told me I should share it with you to help you make your decision:

www.gpspassion.com

He pulled up this for you also:

(a comparison b/w the two youre thinking of)

I hope this helps!

Recommend reading reviews of both at Amazon

We recently bought the Garmin Vista CX.

Buy both from Amazon. Return the one you don't like within their 30 day return policy.

We have the Nuvi 350? (the earlier version of the 650) We love it. We bought it from Costco online. Thru Garmin or different electronic web sites you can order cards for different countries, we used it in Italy and it was great.
