Gingerbread House Displays

THANK YOU to everyone who told me about the gingerbread house displays they had discovered. I'm asking again since we're heading toward November and maybe there have been some new developments.
I'm aware of the display at Grove Park and Peddler's Village but would like to know about more, especially in the New England area.
Thank you and if you have any questions I might be able to help with, it would be my pleasure.
All the best,
oldkids

You're talking about REAL gingerbread houses? Look no farther than Waxahachie, Texas.

What do they do with those gingerbreads upon dismantling?

Eat them? Toss 'em? Send to the 3rd world countries? Cut into tiny pieces and cell as salad croutons? Feed pigeons?

Do your own. I do. I'm going to do the merry-go-round this year. Have done it before, too cute. Also a jack in the box..that one is REAL easy. I usually give them away to people I know who have kids or grand kids. You really can't eat them..the ginger bread is awful. The royal icing used for "glue" is hard as a rock. If you spray them with a sealer and have a dry place to store, they are good for a couple of years maybe. For the most part, they are just fun during the holidays and then probably feed the birds and the squirls.

PLEASE don't feed the squirrels anything you sealed with a chemical. I hate to think of those tiny, gray bodies feet up and shaking.
