first time new yorker with a baby, need help on newark to a broadway hotel
Hi,
Me, wife and 7 months baby are traveling to newywork in next week. We are arriving at Newark EWR and need to go to a hotel at Broadway street. I wonder what's the best in my situation, reserve a car or by Olympia trail bus or train? We will have the baby car seat, stroller, 2 check-in luggage and a back pack.
Thanks in advance.

Where are you coming from - long flight; time zone difference? Time of day of arrival?
With a baby, all you "stuff" first time in NYC - take a taxi or use car service. It will cost more but it will be so much easier. Sometimes you have to simply spend the money, be frugal elsewhere.

Look at the website in advance to get a coupon. Typically the major services (Carmel, Dial 7) charge $48 or so form ERW to Manhattan - plus tunnel toll of $14 and 20% tip so about $72 total. Taking a local taxi could well be more. If you want a baby seat you need to arrange in advance and it will likely be extra.
Call and reserve in advance. Once you arrive cal and tell them and they should be outside by the time you pickup luggage.
I would not attempt public transit at that time with baby, luggage and all the baby stuff.
And where is your hotel on Broadway (no street)? Helps to know the cross street since Broadway runs for many miles.
