Eugene Oregon motel question

We are planning 2 nights in Eugene for a football weekend in October - need a good motel recommendation -- something in the neighborhood of $80-110. Prefer clean room, quiet, good bed -- don't need luxury as we won't spend a lot of time in room. Any suggestions?

My husband & I stayed in the Best Western Greentree which is across the street from the U of O. We were able to walk to Hayward Field for track events -- didn't have to worry about parking! Fun city.

We took a walk along the Willammette River one morning -- a path was just to the rear of the hotel.

Residence Inn by Marriott and the Red Lion on Coburg Road are good locations for a football game- if you are walkers, you can walk to the game -

The Residence Inn is across the street from the river with a great walking path -

There is also a Courtyard by Marriott and Hoiday Inn Express in Springfield - probably a shuttle to the game from that area

We also stayed at the BW Greentree when DD was at U of O. Nothing luxurious, but the location was great and it was very clean.

However, you do want to book SOON. Football weekends in Oregon are huge sell-outs.
