Entering the American Museum of Natural History
We are a group of 32 coming to New York in June. We will be taking the subway to the American Museum of Natural History, but will not have a lot of time to spend there due to a packed itinerary. I was wondering if there was a particular entrance that tends to be less crowded, making our check-in easier and giving us more time to enjoy the museum. Our reservations are for 2:30 p.m. on a Tuesday. Thank you.

Well, when you get off the subway, the door is right there. Just steps away from the train door. Is each member of the 32 paying for admission or is one person paying for the group?
There are varied ticket options (depending on what add-ons you want) so discuss that ahead of time to eliminate confusion (and additional time) at the ticket booth.

I agree that the subway door is far and away the least complicated way in, and unlikely to be crazy crowded. Do you have a group reservation to visit the museum, or is your reservation for a special exhibit? If your admissions are not pre-paid, it would also be far more practical for one person to take care of that, rather than have 32 people wait in line.
