Breakfast in Las Vegas
#5
This is my favorite buffet for breakfast and lunch before 3:30 PM. Be sure to see the Fremont Street Experience when the light show is active. There is even a zipline there if you are looking for a thrill.

The 62 lb. nugget is worth seeing also.

Bouchon is our favorite breakfast place in Vegas ... here's a good write-up on it from a guy with reviews of over 90 Vegas restaurants ...

If you don't want to do a casino buffet, Hash House A GoGo is famous for their over the top breakfasts. Three locations now in LV. Www.hashouseagogo.com

The best breakfasts are at the locals joints off the strip, Maple Tree Cafe is one of our faves. Bouchon was good to try once, but I like a more casual place for breakfast. Didn't care for Hash House a Go Go at all, huge monster portions of flour and gravy, and a long long wait for our food. Mon Ami Gabi, popular for lunch and dinner, has a very nice breakfast menu and great breakfast potatoes, yum.

Trying to decide somewhere for Sunday brunch...appreciate all the recommendations for Bouchon, but they don't take reservations for that meal. Does anyone know how busy they usually are and how long a wait we might have? Am also considering Tableau...how do they compare to each other? Thanks!

It's pretty big (for the dinner rush I guess) and the times we've eaten breakfast there in July, August and November it was probably less than 25% full (but we were there fairly early). So I'd guess (but not certain) that there's no problem getting a table.
Am also considering Tableau...how do they compare to (Bouchon)?
Larry is a great source of info for Q's like this ...

In general I wasn't impressed with the Wynn or Encore restaurants and walked by Tableau each morning I stayed at Encore to take the bridge to Bouchon for our breakfasts and wasn't disappointed.

Had Sunday brunch at Bouchon in early May. Was part of a party of 8 and we had to wait 45 minutes. But that was because we were a party of 8. Assume much shorter (or no) wait for a couple. The food was fabulous.
