Best bets in Sedona, AZ...
Going end of May for a wedding. Family stuff most of the time, but hope to enjoy some of the area when we can. Staying 3 nights. Hope to stay, well, not sure yet. Waiting to hear from wedding couple.
Any tips on getting around, where to eat, things to do? Not luxe or five star, a bit more economical. Will have the two teens with us. I would just like to enjoy the atmostphere...thanks.

You'll need a car---we rented a convertible, just for fun. Sedona was one of our family's favorite destinations. Check out the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Gorgeous view. Take a pink jeep tour--we still talk about our great driver and his good/bad karma thoughts. Slide Rock state park is a definite place for families, wear your heavy duty jean shorts.
There's a restaurant in town that serves snake---try it.

We'll have a car because we'll be driving from So Cal. A convertable would be so nice. Looks like Sky Ranch is the hotel of choice. I am not a hiker but looks like I need to be one in Sedona...how about food? We really like cheap eats most of the time. The reception is at the Rustic Cucina? Is that the name?
What viewpoints should we track down?
