Beef Wellington in NYC - UWS

Kind of a strange request but looking for a restaurant that serves Beef Wellington not too far from Lincoln Center. Surprising my 11 yo daughter with tickets to the ballet and she loves beef wellington. Last time we had it was at Gordon Ramsay's place in the London and they gave her a tour of the kitchen which was so nice. Unfortunately, that restaurant is no longer. Hoping to find someplace close to the ballet. Needle in a haystack, i know! TIA

I can't give you any information whatsoever about restaurants on the UWS that might serve this. It's not a common dish any longer. But I know it's on the menu of One If By Land Two If By Sea, which is not a kid-friendly restaurant by any means. It's a date/special event restaurant, and I suspect your daughter might not feel very welcome there. It's also served at Stanton Social. But I've never eaten it at either one of these restaurants, so I can't comment on the quality of the presentation.

Mr. Donahue's downton on Mott Street is famous for their roast beef with two sides, but it's not beef Wellington by any means!

I don't think you are going to find that near Lincoln Center as hardly any restaurant serves that.

HIghlands in the West Village serves it (never had it myself), which is actually close to One if by Land (odd), but it would be more kid-appropriate.

I don't think you'll find it near Lincoln Center.

Thanks All. I did some digging and found that Perrine serves it as a special on wednesdays, which happens to be the day we will be in town. Not exactly close to Lincoln Center but not too far. Thanks so much for taking the time to respond.
