razors/tweezers in carry-on

We always check bags, but because this trip to Mexico is only 4 nights, my husband and I are determined to avoid checking. I am very well aware of the 3-1-1, but I need my razor and tweezers... Are these allowed in carry-on bag?

thanks ;-)
I, of course, looked on the tsa site...there was nothing listed in regards to tweezers and the razor section wasn't specific. So, I came here to all of you avid travellers.

Ben's Bug spray was taken away from us leaving Panama earlier this year. This spray bottle had traveled with us to Alaska, Florida, Guatemala, Belize, Barbados, Thailand, China, Argentina, Brazil and into Panama. But they wouldn't let us leave with it!

No the bottle was 1 1/2 oz, totally crazy since it had traveled all over before. Maybe they just needed some spray!?
