2-Week Honeymoon Ideas
I am getting married end of September 2013 and looking to plan a honeymoon for the first 2 weeks of October. We've bounced around some ideas (Amalfi Coast, Croatia, etc) but nothing seems to really stick so I thought I'd ask for some suggestions. Here's what we're looking for:
a. Warm temperatures in the 75-85 degree range, basically "beach weather". We don't mind humidity.
b. Opportunities for both relaxing on the beach and for exploring a city. The fiance does not want to be on an island with nothing to do but go to the beach.
c. Good food.
Any and all suggestions welcome and appreciated.

Hi,
do you live in Europe? How far do you want to travel?
If Europe, how about Granada in Spain. Really beautiful place with lots of history, gorgeous buildings (see Andalucia), nice weather, and fabulous food. there's a good website if this sounds interesting http://www.lovegranada.com/.
If you're up for a bit further afield I would recommend a week in Goa and then a week in Kerala (both India). They're a little on the touristy side, but so are most beautiful areas these days. Fish specialities for food.
Hope this helps,
Alex

Thanks for everyone's advice! We are located in Atlanta but we would likely fly to NYC and fly out of there. I think India is a bit far because we only have 2 weeks, and we've both done Europe as teenagers/college kids, but we were looking at Morocco today and it sounds different and interesting.
