Waterfalls near Puyo, Tena, and Baeza in Ecuador
I'm visiting Ecuador with some friends over New Years and we have several spare days near Baños, Tena, and Puyo. I've been looking up waterfalls to see in the area and I've only found 2 but I'm not exactly sure where they are.
The first is Cascada Hola Vida (possibly called Cascada Escondida) near Puyo. This place looks amazing and I'm really hoping it's accessible from a day hike out of Puyo. Here's a YouTube video of a hike to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtsfINrz70M
The second is Cascada de Latas near Misahualli/Tena. This one seems much more popular and it sounds like I could just ask any taxi in Tena to take us here, then grab a taxi out of Misahualli when we get back. Does this sound like it would work? If not, where can I get to the trailhead? Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z87GmT304j4&
In short I'm looking for any waterfalls in the area that we could hike to--similar to the two I linked. I'm also struggling to find where Cascada Hola Vida is.

Since you will be in Baños I gather that you have heard about Devil's Cauldron is (Pailon del Diablo) between Baños and Puyo. There are two routes to get to the falls. Ask around Banos when you get there for the others..it is going to have more tourism services.
