Recommended Wine Tour/Transport from Santiago and Valparaiso/Vina del Mar
Our family of 5 (ages 10 to 71) combined winery tours and tour of Valparaiso with our transport between Santiago and Vina del Mar. With 5 people, we don't fit in a taxi, and the while the bus was doable, was more complex with 5 and a senior.
So, we found Hector Medina of HecTours Travel Service. Hector and a driver picked us up in Santiago, took us to 2 wineries, lunch, and on a tour of Valparaiso before dropping us off in Vina del Mar. The van is large and comfortable. Hector and Victor (the driver) were pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. We stopped at 2 wineries, Emiliana and Casas del Bosque, (we could've done 3), and did an overview tour of Valparairo, including riding on some of the funiculars. Any tweaks or changes we wanted to make, Hector did. After months of traveling and making all the arrangements ourselves, it was such a treat to have Hector deal with the details.
Highly recommend Hector Medina as a tour guide. He speaks several languages and his English is very easy to understand. He offers other tours in the Santiago, Valparaiso, Vina del Mar region as well.

(If I had to choose only 1 winery, it would be this one... plus the lunches looked incredible!
