New Years Eve in Granada, Seville or Cordoba ??

Hi there we live in West Wales Cardigan Bay & i am starting a Spanish/French degree in September, my husband & i , are planning a trip to Andalusia for 10 nights arriving December 28th flying into Malaga, we have 3 teenage boys age 13, 15 & 19 , who are all really big foodies! And one of them is incredibly sporty , the oldest loves to see new places but does have adhd so we will have to incorporate a few rest days so that he's not too overwhelmed. We were thinking .....
2 or 3 nights in Granada as we really want to see the Alhambra
3 or 4 nights in Cordoba or Seville,
and the last 4 nights in Malaga so that we are nearer the airport for on the way home & so that we can see the three Kings parade in Malaga on the 5th Jan .
does anyone have any suggestions on where would be best to spend NYE? We're happy to buy some nice nibbles for in the apartment and wander out around 11.30 , and would 3 cities be too much in 10 days ?
Many thanks for any help or suggestions
