Several 20something NYC ladies going to Puerto Vallarta-suggestions?
The plan is to go with several other girlfriends to Puerto Vallarta in October. We've gone to see a travel agent and are looking at Melia and Presidente Intercontinental [all-inclusives]as hotel options, any opinions, experiences? What about nightlife? any bars/clubs you might recommend? Also tours, some more worth it than others? Please take note of our age group[mid-late 20s] Thanks so much!

Ignore Jose, he's an idiot.
Don't know personally the hotels you've mentioned although there have been many treads here and they both get pretty good reviews. You might want to rethink the all-inclusive. There are so many great restaurants and bars in PV it would be a shame to limit youselves. Tours and activities are endless with a huge variety depending on your interests. The Malceon is lined with bars and its a rocking place after dark. You'll love it.

Idiot?
Is that a nice thing to say?
Do you think these young women should risk their health by relying on domestic product?
Do you have proof that Mexican Condoms are as strong as the made in USA brands?
Don't you think that people have Sexual Relations on holiday?
Does the mention of Sex cause an adverse reaction in your tightly controlled little world?
Not everyone is a celibate old bachelor like you!
Girls-people here have a hard time with me 'telling it like it is'.
For instance I have constantly asked them why they import junk food for their Kids to eat-I have yet to recieve a straight answer.
Garbage in-garbage out as they say.
Try the Lonely Planet Thorn Tree as well not so many righteous prigs there as here.

Camino Real is awesome, it has its own private beach(you will have problems with the locals selling you stuffon the public beaches) and all views are ocean-view. The Camino Real is one of the best hotels in P.V. If you plan on taking any tours they all include booze and food, so why go all inclusive? As far as nitelife and bars, I did not care for the Zoo, but Collage was great.

I was thinking "VV" was looking for some real advice. I found your response very smug. If, in fact, thats what they were looking for in the way of advice, than be assured, I recommend they protect themselves also. Fortunatley, most 20 year old girls are very bright and well informed these days and I suspect "VV" was looking for something a little less snide in the way of a response. Really didn't mean to offend but it sure felt like a pretty big assumption on your part, Jose. So tell me VV, am I way off???
