Itineraries for second trips

We were in Panama last year and are planning a second trip for March. 1st trip we toured around Panama City, including 1/2 day canal tour, for about 3 days. Then 4 days in Bocas and 4 days in Volcan @ Los Quetzales. Any suggestions for a 2nd trip, perhaps more focused on the Pacific. We are already planning a trip to Kuna country.

Have you visited the San Blas Islands yet? That's a must do.

On the Pacific side:

Gamboa Jungle Resort
The beaches at Santa Clara and Gorgona
El Valle
Las Perlas

Thanks--we will research all those locations. Do you recommend a particular hotel/island in San Blas?

I second San Blas, there are 17 archipelagos, many with hieroglyphics on th erock outcroppings. You can also take a boat out. I had a cottage right on the beach, which made for lots of relaxing walks. Enjoy.

San Blas -Kuna
Dad Ibe Lodge, if you want to get away from it all. Nice breeze all the time, no bugs, clean. Only 3 huts so no crouds. They take you to tour Kuna village, people and cemetary very neet. Snorkeling all around island, hammacks and not much else. Running water, electric from 6:00 till 9:30. Loved it
