From San Pedro Sula to La Ceiba

I'm looking for a van and driver to take a group of 5 to La Ceiba next week. I've tried the driver suggested in the "Six days in Honduras" thread but didn't get a response.

Does anyone have any other suggestions.

Thanks,

Heather

You could contact Miguel Martel 504-962-00372 (dial 011 first if calling from the US). He is a very personable, knowledgeable, and bilingual driver. I hired him to drive our group of 12 from Copán to SAP last August and we were very pleased.

Thanks, I'll try him in the morning.

Do you recall what the cost for the transfer was?

I think I paid $180 for the trip from Copán to SAP.

My reservations are made. It was $140. I'll write a trip report when it's done.

I'm so excited. This was the last piece of planning. We leave Friday.

Our trip was excellent. Miguel gives great service although he didn't drive himself. The van was brand new and the driver was personable and skilled. We were really pleased with the experience.

Thanks so much, hopefulist. I'll post a full report later.
