Which airline to fly from Istanbul to Izmir? Need a quick response, please.
I'm about to make airline reservations from Istanbul to Izmir, in preparation for my upcoming Turkey trip in April. It seems that I've got a large choice of flights, but basically only 2 airlines to choose from, Pegasus and Atlasjet (I'm ruling out Turkish Airlines because of their exhorbitant prices and a previous unpleasant experience with them).
I can find flights that support my preferred schedule on either airline.
Is there a significant reason to choose one over the other (safety, on-time record, other)?
I would appreciate a prompt response, as I plan to make the reservations today.
Thanks.

Checking skyscanner.net, all three Turkish airlines fly Istanbul-Izmir.
Pegasus
Onur
Atlasjet
at different times and different fares. The flight is very short and I'd be more concerned with what Michael mentioned: Pegasus flies out of Sabiha Gokcen. Onur and Atlas fly out of Ataturk.
Also be concerned with the luggage allowance.

Thank you all for your replies.
Michael, I was not familiar with the locations of each airport, but you make a good point. I booked with Atlasjet, because of the convenience of getting to Ataturk. Also, Atlasjet has a higher consumer satisfaction rating than Onur on airlinequality.com (thanks for that link, worldinabag). And because of easytraveler's heads-up, I booked business class so that I wouldn't have to worry about the luggage allowance.
