Week in Boston and Maine

We are flying into Boston the middle of August and would like to drive and see as much of Maine as we can. Does anyone have some suggestions of towns in which to stay, what to see and how much we will actually be able to do in that week. How far up the coast to go. We love the mountains, coast, marinas and boating ;seafood is a must. I am having trouble finding accomodations to fit our driving schedule. Also, would it be time wise to go to N.H. or Vermont? Thanks in advance for any help. csg

Westminster, Best to post on US forum. A recent query by me (click on my ID) resulted in a large number of responses.

12 gage? For shooting the seafood or the bugs ?
