Unusual shops in Paris

I am sure there are many unusual and special shops in Paris. What would people say was the most special or unusual shop they came across in Paris?

I can't remember who posted it, but there was a running discussion about a shop in Paris that housed all kinds of stuffed (as in taxidermy) animals. I cannot remember the name of the place or where it was located. Seems like I remember Scarlett posting lots in that thread. Maybe someone will read this and answer. I'd like to go there while I am in Paris in a few weeks.

Found it. Check this thread. The name of the shop is Deyrolle.
