Uffizi Phone Number

Hi,

I recently pre-purchased tickets for the Uffizi (on b-ticket.com) for my parents but mistakenly selected the wrong day (I meant to select Thursday and selected Friday instead). I have tried reaching out to the email address [email protected] and have also tried calling this number which I found on a few sites: (+39) 055294883 but we can't seem to get through to a real person and no response yet to the email. Does anyone know of a way to get a hold of someone so that we can try to switch out the tickets for Thursday? Any insight would be great. Thank you!

Drop the zero after +39, assuming you're calling from North America

Yes, calling from the US. When I call the number I listed above, we are able to get through to a recorded message with general information regarding the Uffizi but not a real person that we can talk to about the tickets.

When I try dropping the 0 it says the number is not in service, unfortunately!

Are you calling during the hours they are open (Italian time)?

If you are staying in a hotel, perhaps you can get your hotel to call.

Thank you for all of the help! I finally got through to the ticket office but unfortunately they can't do anything because we bought the tickets online. In the meantime, we did receive an email back from b-ticket that says we can purchase a second set of tickets and they will (within 60 business days) refund the original purchase. Has anyone had any luck with them actually processing that refund? I realize it's not a ton of money for the tickets, but just wondering. Thank you!

Not that this helps you, but your experience is why I tell people to use the international number to book tix -- no surcharge, no prepay.
