Train or taxi from Genoa to Rapallo?
I will arrive at the Genoa airport and need to travel to Rapallo. Going by train seems a bit complicated and more than I may want to handle after an overnight flight. Would a taxi trip be very costly? thanks,
Diane

Diane - I'd guess a taxi would be close to € 100.
Train is really very convenient from Genoa P.P or Brignole and costs only about €7.
There's an airport shuttle bus to the station - or taxi.
Hope this helps ...

Definitely train. Although it is the German Railraod web site, check www.bahn.de. They will list all trains.

The airport is only 6km or 4 miles west of the city. So you could get a taxi to either Genova Principe or Brignole where the La Spezia train will take you to Rapallo. Have fun! Just got back and really enjoyed our trip to Liguria.
