Suggestions for Scandinavian Movies, Radio and Music. Can you help?
Not sure if you can help but though I'd ask the question. We are currently working on start-up, an exciting new way to improve on-board experience for passengers flying to and from Sweden / Denmark / Finland / Norway and have joined hands with major Scandinavian airlines. First step is for us to understand what passengers flying on these flights would like to see.
Can you please suggest what movie, radio or music would you like, if you were on one of these flights?
I appreciate your help and thanks for the support.

1. How long of a flight are we talking about?
2. From where are the flights originating?
If you want to improve the on-board experience, offer a bigger selection of movies, TV shows, and music. I normally listen to the music that is on my phone but when I do delve into the IFE for music, I am almost always disappointed in the selection. Same goes for movies and TV shows.
An in-flight version of Pandora would be awesome.
An interactive travel guide to the destination country would be something cool to have as well.

Hi @sprkchaser. Firstly, thanks for the feedback. In answer to your questions we are looking at both long-haul and short-haul flights but as I'm sure you are aware not all short-haul flights have inflight entertainment. I feel your idea to have an in-flight Pandora is brilliant! Totally agree with it.
@Vttraveler I must say I have seen Forbrydelsen (The Killing) and do like it. I was thinking it would need subtitles, like most movies on series on flights do. Did you have any thoughts on radio or music?

Are you kidding, Abba.
Seriously, any international airline I've been on offers you dozens of film and music choices, and you should also. Some are American/British, some Chinese, some Spanish and some in the language of the airline. And they have subtitles, of course. There are numerous music channels by genre -- classical, jazz, country, R&B, easy listening, etc. Air France does this really well, go take an Air France flight internationally to see. They often have some kind of pop Euro channel, also, which I enjoy, which showcases some recent popular songs in various European countries (France, England, etc). You could have one just for Scandinavia, I suppose.

Do these travelers want to watch something Scandinavian to get in the mood for their destination? Don't know why but your post seems odd to me.
Go for a Hollywood blockbusters. Or Indie films.
I'd watch Skavlan. He does his shows in English or with subtitles if he's speaking Norwegian.
