Bilboa (Ireland)? I take it you mean Bilbao, since you're driving from Barcelona. You have several good options, but since you only have two days to make it to Bilbao, I would do the following:
Barcelona to La Seu d'Urgell through the Cadi, then on to Vielha in the Val d'Arn. From there you can head south to El Pont de Suert and onto Castejón de Sos for the night. With stops, it should take you around 8 hours for this leg of the journey. The next morning you can head to Torla, Biescas, and Jaca, where you can decide to head into France over the pass at Candanchú, or continue on to Pamplona, before heading to Bilbao, about 4 hours driving time without stops, for your last night. But I recommend stopping in Pamplona for lunch.
If you decide to head into France at Candanchú, then the drive from Castejón de Sos to Bilbao, through the Pays Basque, will take around 8 hours without stops, making for a very long day. For that, I would add another day, with a stop near Navarrenx.

I still wouldn't miss out on pintxos or lunch in Pamplona, as long as you're in the neighborhood.

Excellent suggestions. And Torla is on your suggested route, close to Monte Perdido/Lost Mountain (3355 meters): https://www.google.no/search?q=Torla...w=1600&bih=783
