Shopping for Religious Items in Spain

Hi, I found a web site that listed a "great" shop in Seville for religous items. But, I can't find that site again. Does anyone know of such shops in Seville or Barcelona? Thank you!

Thank you. Although what I was hoping for was an actual store in Seville or Barcelona where I could purchase items to bring home rather than a web site that sells religious articles. Anyone else?

I'm still hoping for an answer on this one. Maybe Olga would know. Thank you.

SharonNRayMc,
From my guide: (but Olga should confirm this, as the street is behind her hotel on Alvarez Quintero downtown)

"Casa Rodríguez-Calle Francos 35 in Sevilla

"Velasaco"-Calle Chapineros 4 (off Calle Francos)

Sharon,
In Barcelona, you might try "Antigua Ceraría de Luis Codina" on Bisbe 2 (metro: Jaume 1) in the Barri Gotic which sells candles and religious artefacts.

Just an update for future readers who might trip across this posting. All of the advice here was "spot-on". Car had mentioned el-angel.com. Well, it turns out that they also have brick and mortar storefronts in Spain with large selection.

In Barcelona, you will find shops all over the area around the Cathedral. For a full description of the shops we enjoyed, you can see our trip report at: http://www.fodors.com/forums/pgMessa...e=SharonNRayMc

Warning... the trip report is quite lenghty, so you might want to do a search on the webframe once it displays.

In Sevilla, there were shops all over the Santa Cruz neighborhood and a few near the Basilica de La Macarena. If you love religous art, etc, Sevilla is a treasure trove!
