Hi. Thought i just found a rental but they will only rent weekly in May. Was given this location but don't know where it is in the city. Any help and comments are appreciated.

A great location in El Arenal. You're close to the bullring, lots of restauratns and tapas bars and a 10 minute walk to Triana and 10 minutes in the other direction to the Cathedral!

That map confused me for a bit because it is oriented in a difference direction than most maps of Seville (at least that I've seen, usually the river is at the bottom although that is west). It is a very central location, it is in-between plaza Nueva and the river, so not very far from the cathedral, really. It is a very good location, very central, near shopping and sites, etc.

Hi and thanks. i don't want santa cruz area-will this be a bit more of a local neighborhood feel? shopping is not important. i'd love to be in more of a neighborhood when we return home at night - close to good tapas etc.
was originally looking in macarena or san lorenzo-is this a bit more central?

Arenal is more central than Macarena. San Lorenzo is kind of in between. Personally I like El Arenal because I usually travel solo and it's full of tapas bars and places I can hang out and not have to walk far from my hotel late at night. I'd prefer San Lorenzo over Macarena to stay but I enjoy roaming around all these areas!
